Scot is Advisor to the President and assisting with the companies $84M Capital raise agenda that will develop the ski resort infrastructure and create 100 new condos.

Upon starting, Scot set up strategic partnerships in the US and overhauled the companies yield strategy, step changing the companies profit outlook for next season.

Shines Capital has stepped into Snowvation to accelerate the companies growth via raising seed capital and driving new business. Scot is a shareholder, 3rd member of the board and the acting Chief Growth Officer.

Upon joining Scot has strengthened the capital raise process, set up distribution deals in Japan and generated a plethora of new business interest in the US.  The company is now hiring development staff and accelerating its growth.

As Co-founder and former CEO, Scot built Switched on Media (now Switched on Agency) into Australia’s best digital performance agency. Having sold a majority share during 2012 – 2014, Scot is still a director, minority shareholder and advisor to the current CEO.
